•Personally:
~Victoria is a good natured, polite and very cheerful person. She is determined to Beyblade like a profession, dreaming of taking part in championships. However, she secretly has a low self-esteem that she tries to overcome woth Beybattling and showing kindness to others. Being ignored by people bothers her, and seeks attention from others to acknowledge her existence. Consequently, she is shown to be easily saddened by even the smallest troubles. Victoria's well-mannered and polite personality causes her to be well-liked by her friends and those around her, but she has some elements of fragility and nativity that often exert a different message than what she intends. Victoria also has a tendency to talk aloud to herself to deal with whatever thoughts she had throughout her days.
Victoria is naive and has a shortsighted view of situations. She tends to pick favourites and does not understand when others speak in hints or tries to explain things in extensive detail. She has a temper that never smooths over well with her friends, often causing them to become angry at her impulsiveness and lapse of thinking of others and how they feel. However, she is always remorseful when she hurts someone and tries to make it up to them. Overall, she tries to stay sweet and happy for others if not for herself.

•Biography:
((Childhood))
~Victoria Ishikawa grew up in Osaka,  Japan with her mother, father and younger sister, Tsuki. She did not have many friends and spent plenty of her time with her sister, developing a close sisterly bond and taking gymnastics as a hobby. Victoria had always been an aspiring gymnast but was interested in Beyblading, observing the neighbourhood children battle each other from a distance after practice. Her parents, concerned for her safety, did not want her Beyblading with the others as yet.
When she turned eight years old, her mother presented her with the Beyblade, Tskhali Sea Swan containing a beautiful swan BeySpirit that Victoria immediately took a liking too. At first, she was not used to launching her Beyblade and keeping it spinning which discouraged her but she did not give up. A few weeks of training and watching the other children, she learned how to launch her Beyblade properly. Eager to show the others, she decided to show off her moves against another girl in front of a crowd. Fired up and passionate about her first battle, she was not unhappy from losing but instead vowed to become better and soon the best blader that Japan has ever seen.
At the age of thirteen, she had grown both in strength and in confidence and put Gymnastics off to the side to focus on her skills as a Beyblader. Victoria was acquainted with all the other teens that lived near her and was told about a junior Beyblading contest that was taking place by Tsuki, whom had signed her up already. Although nervous, Victoria was pumped and eagerly agreed to participating and came out in second place. She was excited about her win but even more excited about discovering a new special move, her Winged Hurricane Slash.
Months after, she was confronted by a few sore losers that she recognised from the contest that proceeded to harass her. That was when she met a silver haired boy, Tsubasa Otori, whom saved her from the harassment and became fast friends. However, their newfound friendship was short lived as Victoria's mum earned a job in the States and Victoria had to move away.

~When Victoria was older, her father, Tsuki, and herself decided to move back to Japan, with their mother in America still. During a practice session with her Beyblade at a nearby gym, she ended up running into her childhood friend, Tsubasa. Excited to see him again, they decided to catch up on the time she missed while she was away with him over lunch and later met with Tsubasa’s friends.

When she met Kyoya for the first time, she’d never been around his type of person before. He came off at rude and disrespectful, commenting on her Beyblading skills and girlish demeanour, and saying she was worthless and weak. Gingka, a redheaded friend of Tsubasa’s, had to break them up when they began arguing. Besides Kyoya who could care less, she became friends with the others such as Madoka and Kenta.

More powerful than when she was a child, Victoria decided to take on Gingka Hagane and display her newfound skills. Madoka, Tsubasa, and Kenta all came to watch the unfolding of the challenge she presented. It was a tough fight and both Beyblades took a reasonable amount of damage. Even with Victoria's Sea Swan's special attack move, she ended up losing to the powerful Blader. Gingka congratulates her, and remarks on how strong her Blader's Spirit is and how much stronger it could be if she kept believing in herself. They shake hands and she smiles, content with her victory, not in battle, but in herself and spirit which made her feel victorious.

Foolishly focused on wanting to be the best blader around, she decided to join Dark Nebula to become a member and train under them. Doji want to see how good she was, giving her a test by having a beybattle with other DN bladers. She lost but did prove herself with her strength and lasting as long as she did and was allowed to train with them. She soon learnt that Doji’s did not care about her well being and his malicious plans for the DN Bladers.
Victoria was furious and left, realising the mistake she'd nearly made. She decided to pursue an internship with the WBBA and supported bladers around the world.
She soon joined Battle Bladers, wanting to achieve her dreams of becoming the best. However, things took a turn for the worst when she faced off against Ryuga. She was thrilled with excitement but Ryuga used his dark power nearly destroying Victoria's Beyblade. She forfeited the battle sadly, feeling saddened by the loss but Madoka vowed to fix up her Bey and make it good as new again.
Before the World Championship, Victoria spent time with Tsuki, recalling her past endeavours up to then. She was so happy to see her and express her feelings about Beyblading and figuring that she would be best working with the WBBA like Hikaru instead of competing, later introducing her to Tsubasa and the others. Tsuki tells Victoria not to give up and encourages her to try again. Victoria then tells Gingka and the others that her and her sister are going to be on team Hallstar, with Ringo as the team leader. Excited about the World Championship they agreed that overall they all make it their objective to have fun!

Team Hallstar has defeat Team Korea and Team Mexico, the next round leading to GanGan Galaxy and Victoria was excited. Ringo battled against Masamune, and won. Tsuki battled Tsubasa, and nearly won until Tsubasa's dark power took over and caused him to nearly destroy Tsuki's bey in which she ended up losing. Finally, Victoria battled against Gingka, equaling another loss. After a break, Hallstar got a second chance and battled against Team Starbreaker which won against them all and outing their team from the tournament. Upon going against Damian, Victoria was badly injured and spent the next half of the event in the hospital recovering.
During the Hades City incident, she watched from afar, cheering them on from the WBBA with Ryu Hagane and Hikaru Hasama.

A year and a couple weeks later, Victoria encourages Gingka and the others to help defeat Nemesis. It was the danger of the battle against Rago that made her realise the obvious crush on Tsubasa. As the time came for Gingka and his group to depart, Victoria decides to confess her feelings as she wasn't sure on the outcome of the battle. While walking through the forest of nearby park they'd met at. Aimlessly wandering deep in thought she accidentally trips and nearly tumbles into the river, only to be caught by the waist by Tsubasa. He comments on her clumsiness and how she should not make it a habit. Nervously laughing, she tells him that she hopes that he could be by her side to help her when she cannot help herself, and confesses her affection for him

~Years after the events of Nemesis and working happily at the WBBA, Victoria was married to Tsubasa after a long while of knowing and working alongside each other. She no longer Beybladed, but held on to her precious Sea Swan and helped train newcomers to the sport.
She soon became a mother and had three adorable children: Kyou, Veronica and Tsuyoshi Otori.
